We have talked about the UK time zones as this is the area we operate in. You can work out other time zones such as the USA by taking 5–7 hours off the times below.

For example, the best off-peak hours in the UK are 2 am to 9 am. If you take 5–7 hours off of 2 am in the UK that will either be 7 pm or 9 pm in the USA which is their peak hours. It’s tricky, to begin with, but if you want to miss both peak times of the UK and USA/CAN you want to be buying your players between 5am-11am UK time and selling your players between 7pm-midnight UK time.

3pm to 10pm particularly 5pm to 8pm.

UK off-peak times
10 pm to 3 pm (through midnight and the early morning hours) particularly 2 am –9 am.
