- Gathering loot in the entire city
Ransacking the city of Cierzo is the primary method of obtaining silver. Throughout the city, you will find a variety of items — you can freely take all of them, even in front of other characters. In particular, you should look for the following Items:
Machete on the beach, Quarterstaff near the starting house, Felling Greataxe in front of the Town Hall, and Pitchfork near the Inn — the exact location of each weapon described in the section entitled “Good weapons for the beginning” in our guide. Leave one of the Weapons for yourself, and sell the rest. Remember not to buy better Weapons from a merchant — one of the free weapons is enough to fight the hyenas, and purchasing weapons will make gathering the 150 silver more challenging.
Be sure to visit Cierzo Storage, a warehouse located in the western part of the city. A long wooden bridge leads to the entrance. Inside, you will find many items — you can sell them all except the pick (useful for digging ores). In the magazine, you will also find a recipe for the Gadberry Jam, i.e., jam from red fruits growing in the city and beyond. Search only the illuminated part of the location, because there are several enemies further in the warehouse.
In the eastern part of the city is a building called the Town Hall. Enter it, and then go to the second floor. There (in a chest) you will find magic potions that temporarily boost your character’s stats. This is a useful potion, but if you want to raise money for the house, it is better to sell it.
2. Fishing can net a lot of silvers, especially if you make fish recipes. Just acquire a fish harpoon to get started, then set to looking for fish at any shoreline. A basic fish recipe is 3x Fish 1x Salt. Another is 1x Rainbow Trout 1x Seaweed 1x Salt (Cierzo Ceviche).
Make use of the Crafting Recipes page and ignore in-game recipes to save on money. Early on, Gadberry Tartine is one of the better Recipes to spam for profit. You can buy the bread for it from Master-Chef Arago.
3. Crafting, alchemy, mining, in general, can earn you a fair amount of silver. Always carry your harpoon and mining pick.
4. Mine the mana stones around Conflux Mountain. They respawn and occasionally grant you 50 Silver each.
5. Once you have an alchemy station, buy Turnips and Star Mushrooms and craft them into Astral Potions and sell them to net a profit.
6. Mining can net you gravel bugs(RNG). Combine them with water and blood mushrooms (found in caves) to acquire life potions, which sell for eight silver each.
7. Once you have 14 Travel Rations and have saved up enough of whatever you’re selling. Hold onto it and run to the Levant to sell your items. You’ll profit more because the Items there sell for higher value for one more silver.
8. Hallowed Marsh offers the most silver per kill. You’ll want to be well-equipped before you venture into it, though (Flamethrower helps a lot if you go the magic route).
Coralhorn Antlers (obtained from the red deer in Enmerkar Forest) sell for 18 silver.
